Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Austin NE-Hutto by IHG

The staff were superb. A million thanks to Mr Alex. He went out of his way to make our stayed more enjoyable. He was the to go person. We enjoyed the breakfast and the indoor pool.

It was a very spacious room and well cleaned. It was also conveniently located to where we needed to go. Also the pool wasn’t available when we stayed but they teamed up with the local YMCA and you could get a daily pass to use for the pool there. We didn’t use the pass but it was nice that it was available.

bed and sheets were comfortable. dove soap. and staff members were all wonderful.

Loved the bed and pillows. Liked having healthier breakfast options. Liked that it was pet friendly. Front desk staff (Nicole) was absolutely the best with customer service.

The Breakfast Buffet at this location is always very good. Plenty to choose from and everything s always good.
